Refund & Return Policy

At Tabacalera Global LLC, we take the quality of our products and the safety of our customers seriously. Due to the regulated nature of tobacco and alcohol products, our return policy is as follows:
1. Return Window and Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-consumable accessories. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unopened, unused, and with all original seals intact.

In its original packaging with all tags and receipts/proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Tobacco & Alcohol)
For health and safety reasons, as well as state and federal regulations, all sales of tobacco products (cigars, loose leaf, etc.) and alcoholic beverages are final.

We cannot accept returns on items where the tax stamp or manufacturer’s seal has been broken.

Perishable or consumable goods cannot be returned once they have left our controlled environment.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@tabacalera.com within 48 hours of delivery.
For damaged goods, please include:

Your order number.

Photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping packaging.

A photo of the shipping label.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return for an eligible accessory, you must contact us at info@tabacalera.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping for non-defective items may be the responsibility of the customer.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging to comply with health protection and hygiene regulations regarding tobacco and alcohol.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the transaction.
