Thank you for choosing Tabacalera Global LLC. Because we ship age-restricted products, including tobacco and alcohol, we operate under strict federal and state regulations. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Mandatory Adult Signature (21+)

In compliance with federal law and the PACT Act, all deliveries containing tobacco or alcohol require an Adult Signature (21+) upon arrival.

• The delivery carrier will verify the recipient's identity using a valid, government-issued photo ID.

• The name on the ID must match the name on the order, or belong to an adult (21+) at the delivery address.

• Packages cannot be left at the door, in a mailbox, or with a minor under any circumstances.

2. Billing Statement

All charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as Tabacalera Global LLC. Please ensure you recognize this descriptor to avoid unnecessary payment disputes.

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

Due to varying state regulations, we cannot ship tobacco or alcohol to certain jurisdictions.

• Excluded Regions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of authorized zones.

• State-Specific Taxes: Tobacco and alcohol excise taxes vary by state. Any applicable taxes for your shipping destination will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please ensure someone 21 or older is available to sign for the package on the estimated delivery date.

• Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us because an adult was not available to sign or the recipient was under the legal age, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for failed age-verification deliveries.

5. Restricted Carriers

We utilize specialized private carriers that are authorized to transport age-restricted goods. Please note that per federal regulations, certain standard carriers may have restrictions on the shipment of tobacco or nicotine products.

6. Regulatory Compliance

Tabacalera Global LLC complies with all PACT Act reporting requirements. We are required by law to file reports with state tobacco tax administrators for shipments made into their respective states.
